The DYN Collective seeks an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Lead Finance Consultant to guide finance-focused implementations for process manufacturing clients. You will lead complex projects, design tailored D365 Finance solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with supply chain and IT systems.

Ideal candidates have extensive D365 Finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering value to clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance, focusing on process manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of process manufacturing industry practices, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for process manufacturing clients.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to capture client requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet client needs.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and IT to integrate finance solutions.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support for smooth adoption.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor on financial systems.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
