Job summary

Axon seeks a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Architect to design and implement robust financial solutions within D365 FO. Remote with a preference for Axon hubs; reporting to Sr. Director, ERP. You will innovate in finance processes, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.

You will lead solution design, drive standard processes, and mentor the team while collaborating with finance, IT, and analytics to deliver scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related financial systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, and financial processes.
• Experience designing and implementing finance solutions, including reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI, Copilot, and intelligent automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of D365 FO-based financial solutions.
• Optimize finance processes across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
• Oversee full lifecycle of finance projects from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial systems.
