Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Dynamics 365 Field Service professional to design, develop, and support solutions that meet business needs. You will customize Dynamics 365 with C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and integrate with ERP, IoT, and portals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Implement and optimize work order management, technician scheduling, and field mobility.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, IoT platforms, portals, and external apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, solution design reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment governance, and deployments.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues and drive performance improvements.

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Implement and optimize work order management, technician scheduling, dispatching, asset management, and field mobility solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP systems, IoT platforms, customer portals, and external applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, solution design reviews, and mentor junior developers on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment governance, and production deployments.

Analyze and resolve complex production issues while driving continuous platform performance, security, and process improvements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $92K - $105 K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
