Job summary

Reach International is seeking a hands‑on Functional Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations. You will lead functional delivery, stay actively involved in client work, and mentor consultants to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

You will guide workshops, design solutions, and maintain alignment with Microsoft best practices while collaborating with architects and project teams. Remote‑friendly, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management functional consulting experience.
• Experience leading client workshops, analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and designing practical solutions.
• Strong functional configuration, testing, training, and deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, business process reviews, fit‑gap analysis, and functional design across Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM.
• Remain hands‑on during implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration support, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the functional escalation point for project teams and help resolve complex issues.
• Guide and mentor functional consultants through solution reviews and knowledge sharing.

You will also guide and mentor functional consultants,establishclear expectations, and help the team consistently deliver high‑quality work.Previousleadership experience is preferred, but deep Dynamics 365 F&SCM functionalexpertiseis the top priority.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead discovery workshops, business process reviews, fit‑gap analysis, and functional solution design across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Remain hands‑on throughout implementation activities, including configuration, functional design, testing, data migration support, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Serve as the functional escalation point for project teams and help resolve complex businessprocessand solution issues
• Guide and mentor functional consultants through solution reviews, coaching, knowledge sharing, and clear delivery expectations
• Review functional deliverables for completeness, quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements and Microsoft best practices
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, process owners, and executive stakeholders within customer organizations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and client teams to manage scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, estimates, and timelines
• Contribute to pre‑sales discovery, solution demonstrations, project scoping, estimates, and Statements of Work
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and development of functional consultants
• Help improve Reach implementation methods, templates, standards, and reusabledeliveryassets.

Qualifications that will help you stand out:

• Previousexperience as a Functional Lead, Team Lead, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role
• Functional depth across multiple Dynamics 365 F&SCM areas, withexpertisein one or more of the following: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, or Project Management and Accounting
• Experience leading implementations
• Experience mentoring consultants andimprovingdelivery quality across a team
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management certifications
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage requirements, work items, testing, risks, and project delivery

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management functional consulting experience
• Minimum of three full‑cycle Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations in a senior functional consulting role
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, analyze business processes, define requirements, and design practical solutions
• Strong functional configuration, testing, training, and deployment experience
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders, including senior client leaders
• Ability to lead through influence, provide constructive feedback, and hold yourself and others accountable for outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed project teams
• Authorization to work in the United States.
