Job summary

Select Water Solutions in Gainesville, TX seeks a Functional Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on financial and operational enhancements. You will lead end-user support, collaborate with IT teams, and optimize business processes leveraging D365 capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O and experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and related integrations. A Bachelor’s degree and a proactive, process-improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years providing functional support and auditing within Dynamics 365 F&O as a consultant or end user.
• Preferred experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, MIS, or related fields.
• Experience with data management processes related to financial applications.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and functions.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O integrations and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team to ensure enhancements and customizations are tested, validated, and aligned with user requirements.
• Work with Microsoft and ISV vendors to resolve issues.
• Provide timely resolution to system issues as they arise.
• Identify at risk or inefficient processes and recommend system-driven improvements.
• Partner with Functional Team Lead and analysts to deliver high-quality support.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through training and certifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and improvements.
• Assist in implementing best practices and strengthen support model.
• Review update guides to communicate upcoming changes to users.
