Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
2+ years of experience managing or leading D365 F&O projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Investigate and assess potential D365 F&O projects and initiatives.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, maintain, and test D365 F&O applications.
Produce technical design specifications and supporting documentation.
Lead workflow and solution design reviews with business stakeholders.
Research and recommend strategic technology solutions.
Support and develop D365 data integrations with other platforms.
Work with technical experts and external vendors to resolve issues and improve existing systems.
Provide application support and take ownership of reported issues.
Develop end-user documentation and provide training where required.
Promote development standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to deliver new functionality and improvements.
