Pearson Carter is seeking a D365 F&O Developer to enhance, support, and develop a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment in Chicago, IL. The role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills and a proactive, business-minded approach.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions, lead design reviews, develop integrations, and produce documentation while promoting best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• 2 years of experience leading D365 F&O projects.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to document decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess D365 F&O projects and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and test D365 F&O applications.
• Produce technical design specifications and documentation.
• Lead workflow and solution design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support and develop D365 data integrations with other platforms.
• Provide application support and resolve issues.
• Develop end-user documentation and provide training when required.
