Are you a passionate and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer looking for your next big opportunity? I have a fast -growing energy client looking to hire a full-time, remote Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer. We’re seeking someone with a deep technical skill set, proven implementation experience, and a commitment to delivering innovative ERP solutions.
About the Role:
This is a direct hire position with the opportunity to work fully remote. As a Senior D365 Developer, you’ll be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Customize, develop, and extend D365 applications using X++, MorphX, and other Microsoft tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using BizTalk, .NET, WCF, and REST APIs.
• Create and modify SSRS reports, forms, tables, and workflows.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Support D365 system configuration, testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Maintain and troubleshoot batch jobs, data imports/exports, and AOT components.
• Contribute to upgrade projects, particularly migrations from AX 2012 to D365 F&O.
• Maintain code quality, adhere to best practices, and perform debugging and optimization tasks.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012.
• Strong development expertise in X++, MorphX, and SSRS.
• Experience in integrating D365 with third-party systems using AIF, WCF, and BizTalk.
• Proficient in SQL Server, Visual Studio, and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with financial, supply chain, or asset management modules.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Power BI, Docentric, or Atlas reporting.
• Understanding of Silverlight, LINQ, or .NET core technologies.
• Exposure to cloud deployment, environment setup, and DevOps automation in Azure.
