Job summary

EMCOR Mechanical Services, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions that meet organizational needs. The role involves building plugins and workflows in C#, .NET, and JavaScript; deploying Power Platform components; conducting unit tests; and ensuring data integrity across systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization/development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 SDK).
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Familiarity with data modeling and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
• Implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Conduct unit testing and deploy solutions with best practices and security standards.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
