Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to lead design, build, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions in an Agile setting.

The role demands strong C#, integrations, and Power Platform expertise, with close collaboration to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will configure CRM components, develop plugins and flows, manage environments from development through production, and provide ongoing deployment support.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
• Ability to configure CRM components and model data from business requirements.
• Experience with integrations using Power Automate, connectors, APIs and custom API development.
• Strong C# skills for CRM extensions and plugins.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Solutions, ALM, and security design.
• Proficient in reporting with OOB Reports, Dashboards and Power BI.
• Familiar with Copilot in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry and AI agents or chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively within an Agile delivery model.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CRM requirements.
• Create technical designs with client stakeholders.
• Deliver effective CRM solutions within tight timelines.
• Conduct CRM solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Create High-Level Technical Designs (HLTD).
• Manage CRM environments across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.
• Provide deployment and production support for CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions with development teams.
