Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) seeks a Developer II - Microsoft Dynamics to support, maintain, and administer MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API integrations. The role requires experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating Dynamics with external systems.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance while contributing to IEHP's mission in California.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with a minimum of two (2) years of MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM products.
• Experience working with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integration.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and administer Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API integrations.
• Monitor platform health and manage integrations between MS Dynamics and other systems.
• Collaborate with development teams and internal stakeholders; create documentation and manage security and compliance.
