Reporting to IT Department Leadership, the Developer II – Application Development position is responsible for the development, modification, and implementation of Inland Empire Health Plan’s internal/external applications.

Education & Experience

• At least three (3) years of experience developing multi-tiered, efficient, highly responsive web applications
• Candidates must possess solid work experience in client side through middle-tier/back-end web development
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution required

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of client‑side implementations and frameworks such as AngularJS
• Software development languages C# and Java with an acute emphasis toward web service development (WCF, Web API)
• Web UI development (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML)
• Development architecture (MVVM and MVC)
• Database design and development (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Configuring hosting environments for web applications (IIS)
• Acute analysis, observation, and good communication skills
• Strong skills in the server-side development stack
• Ability to work well in a team is essential

Pay Range

• $104,041.60 USD annually – $137,841.60 USD annually
