Job summary

RSM is seeking an intern for its D365 practice to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and participate in the full implementation lifecycle. You will gather requirements, help design, build, and document enhancements, test results, and train customer personnel.

You will perform hands-on configuration, validate the solution with clients, and provide ongoing support while collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors in an Agile environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science or other related business fields.
• 90 credit hours completed.
• Ability to travel.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyst functions; engage in requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Assist in the creation of design documentation.
• Hands-on configuration of the application.
• Work with client to validate the solution.
• Assist with training.
• Perform ongoing support as needed.
• Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors.
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies.
