Job summary

The DYN Collective is seeking an ERP Manager to own and lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment from implementation through ongoing optimization. The role combines hands-on configuration with strategic leadership, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners.

Ideally located on the West Coast with remote flexibility; some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience leading Business Central implementation projects.
• Hands-on configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Business Central.
• Experience working with external ERP implementation partners or consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of BC modules, workflows, and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform hands-on configuration across Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Serve as the primary contact for the ERP implementation partner.
• Drive project scope, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate data migration, CRP, and UAT milestones.
