Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478 (100% ONSITE)
Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, or Authorized to work in the US

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation of processes within Business Central to improve operational efficiency and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize BC 365 modules based on business needs, ensuring alignment with company processes and industry best practices.
  • Data Management: Manage data migration, integration, and validation activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across BC 365 and connected systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide business insights and support decision-making.
  • User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions to improve system adoption and user proficiency.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with BC 365 updates, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and system enhancement.
  • Proficiency in BC 365 modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
