Job summary

Maryland Department of Human Services seeks an AFS Developer to support and optimize the enterprise software portfolio, focusing on D365 F&O. This full-time role sits in the Office of Technology for Human Services and bridges high-level development with 24/7 operations.

The role requires seven years of software design and development experience, with strong skills in X++, AOT, .NET, C#, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver reliable automation and reporting for the PMO and DCIO.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
Experience with X++ and AOT elements.
Experience with .NET and C#, Visual Studio tools.
Experience with Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Experience designing and supporting Power BI integrations and SSRS reports.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement major modifications using X++ and AOT elements.
Develop Microsoft Power Automate and RPA to streamline workflows.
Design, test, and maintain robust software using .NET, C#, X++, Visual Studio.
Develop and support Power BI integrations and SSRS reports for executive visibility.
Develop major and minor modifications using best practices with the D365 framework.
