Job summary

Safari Club International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator and Developer in San Antonio, TX. The role combines administration, customization, and development to optimize our Dynamics 365 platform and integrate it with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Travel up to 25% and in-office work are required. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, strong API and data integration skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365/Azure AD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum three years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform administration.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Create REST API integrations and data integrations.
• Provide Tier II/III support for Dynamics users.
• Develop reports and KPIs using Power BI.
• Support CRM security, governance, and data integrity.
• Participate in CRM implementation and enhancements.
