Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking experienced soccer coaches to lead youth soccer classes and camps. You will deliver daily instruction to youths aged 4–18, follow the company curriculum, and uphold a high-energy, positive coaching style while communicating clearly with kids and parents.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork with other instructors, and serving as a positive role model in a constructive, fun learning environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience working with children.
• Soccer/youth sports coaching experience (1–5 years minimum) required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and communicate clearly with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily soccer instruction/coaching to students between the ages of 4 and 18 with different ability levels.
• Demonstrate soccer skills and tactics, explain principles, observe progress, and give feedback.
• Group supervision focusing on behavior, health and safety, security, and personal development.
• Ensure the safety of students and team members.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun and creative manner.
• Use effective classroom management to create a fun, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists and follow the company curriculum.
• Adhere to Impact Kids Code of Conduct and Core Values.
