UFC GYM Miami is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe and results-driven classes for members of all fitness levels. You will plan and deliver structured classes, cue music, demonstrate moves, educate on form and modifications, and help create a welcoming, motivating studio atmosphere while upholding safety and facility guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in group fitness, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate diverse participants

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography.
• Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Welcome and orient new participants.
• Motivate members and create a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Arrive prepared and start/end classes on schedule.
• Set up and properly store all equipment.
• Accurately record hours in the electronic timekeeping system.
• Promote gym programs, services, and special events.
