• Complete safety trainings including CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, and Child Abuse Prevention.

• Assist in membership retention and growth by providing safe and effective exercise instruction in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Lead one-on-one or small group sessions and welcomeCenter check-ins as needed.
• Assess exercise readiness and design individual programs.
• Demonstrate and recommend exercises for various needs and goals.
• Lead Wellness Orientation and follow up after initial appointment.
• Ensure fitness floor safety and enforce equipment rules and age guidelines.
