Job summary

JAX Mercantile, Loveland, CO, is hiring a Full-Time Receiver for our Distribution Center. You will unload trucks, log shipments, and move items to stock locations using pallet jacks and forklifts. Responsibilities include packing, shipping web orders, and maintaining accurate inventory with strong customer service focus.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, can lift 50+ pounds regularly, and work well in a team. Occasional flexibility in shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Experience with pallet jack or forklift is helpful.
• Proficient in computer use.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Document and track inventory accurately.
• Process distribution to stores and handle shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked area.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts and packaging/shipping web orders.
• Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Complete record-keeping tasks and contribute to reports.
