Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Picker Order Selector in Boise, ID. The role involves accurate product selection using a voice headset, stacking cases up to 50 pounds, and preparing orders for loading. You will operate an electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider and wrap pallets as needed.

Full-time position with Monday–Friday shifts starting at 7:00 AM, with overtime and weekend flexibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work with a headset and voice-activated picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets and operate pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
• Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
