Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Warehouse Picker Order Selector to accurately pick products using a voice headset, stack cases up to 50 pounds, and place items on pallets. The role requires standing, lifting, and operating pallet jack or walkie-rider.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM start until finished, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfort using headset-based voice picking systems.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (hot or cool).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
• Place beverages on pallets in defined stacking patterns.
• Shrink wrap orders and move completed orders to the loading dock with pallet jack or walkie-rider.
