Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor, seeks a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. You will select cases from multi-level racks, move orders to the shipping area with a pallet jack or forklift, and ensure quality and safety during packing and loading.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs occasionally, and the ability to work Sunday–Thursday starting at 3 PM. Training precedes pay potential up to $37/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer)
• Ability to become EPJ certified within training period

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems
• Move completed orders to shipping dock using pallet jack/forklift and wrap/readied for shipment
• Follow safety policies, maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Transport palletized orders to loading dock and oversee packaging requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned
