Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Canton Charter Township, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift, organize pallets for customer orders, and perform other duties as assigned.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long hours, and working in cooler/freezer environments. No degree required; on-the-job training provided with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0–1 year relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).
• Work on your feet for 10–12 hours daily.
• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience.
• 1 year Selection Experience.
• 2 years consistent work history preferred.
