Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our local foodservice supply chain operations in Lincoln. This active role involves operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to pick customer orders and build ready-to-deliver pallets, while maintaining safe handling practices in varying temperatures.

You will be on your feet for long shifts, lift heavy items, and work in a physically demanding environment, with duties including order accuracy and collaboration with the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0–1 year relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating equipment.
• Work in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer).
• Stand for 10–12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift to pick orders.
• Organize and palletize product to build customer orders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
