Job summary

RK Logistics Group, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Kyle, TX to process parts through the warehouse and WMS, move items with forklift and pallet jacks, and keep areas clean.

You will verify inbound/outbound shipments, perform stock checks, and assist with inventory control while following safety rules and company policies. The role requires 0-2 years in warehouse/logistics, forklift experience, and basic computer skills; LEAN principles training is provided.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years warehouse and logistics experience
• Forklift experience preferred (1-2 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to learn LEAN (5S/7S); training provided
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving, and standard work instruction protocols
• Strong math and writing skills
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior experience with Inventory control preferred
• Excellent time management

Responsibilities

• Move material with hand trucks and pallet jacks in warehouse facilities
• Unload inbound products and load outbound items
• Record receiving with WMS and perform stock checks
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Prepare shipments with proper documents (BOL, packing slip)
• Cross-train and support other warehouse functions
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
