Job summary

Beverage South is hiring Material Handlers for first and second shifts in our Georgia warehouse. You will support warehouse operations, provide sales support and customer service to the team, and help ensure on-time delivery.

We value productivity, safety, and teamwork. The role includes operating a forklift, using the VIP WMS, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to perform various roles within a single shift.
• Basic PC skills to perform tasks in WMS systems.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift certification is preferred/required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Beverage South warehouse standard practices and assist manager with enforcement.
• Meet productivity standards to meet timelines and budgets.
• Meet operational timing to meet customer/internal needs.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, cleanliness.
• Operate WMS VIP system and ensure FIFO rotation/segregation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive shrink reduction.
• Keep workspace clean with visual management.
• Inspect facility/equipment; escalate or resolve issues.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
