Mir India in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced warehouse worker/material handler to join our fast-paced team. You will process freight, assemble orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience or similar role.
• Proficient with basic computer programs (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Strong math skills (addition/subtraction/percentages) and planning.
• Clear written and verbal communication; dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight in a timely manner and load/unload vehicles.
• Read orders and assemble customer orders from stock onto pallets or shelves.
• Sort and place materials by size, type, color, or product code.
• Complete paperwork: shipping/receiving confirmations, POs, packing lists, invoices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and label orders/back stock.
• Use equipment (including forklifts) to move inventory safely.
• Record received/distributed quantities; perform cycle counts.
• Clean the warehouse and ship orders as required.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
• Assist with sample boards and other duties as needed.
