Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East is recruiting for a Material Handler in Bloomington, IN. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including picking, wrapping, loading, receiving and inventory management. Pay is $16.00/hr with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

This on-site position emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience with scanners, pallet jacks or similar equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare materials for shipment
• Wrap and load materials
• Process parcels and receive inventory
• Put away inventory and replenish stock
• Use scanners to track inventory
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
