Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Hanover Park, IL. You will operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets, prep items for shipping, and ensure proper wrapping and handling of products.

The role includes a training program at $20/hr for 4–5 weeks, followed by earnings based on $0.03 per box with uncapped potential. Expect a physically demanding environment with safety standards and temperature variations.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack equipment to move pallets to the scheduled door to ship.
• Move pallets from inbound dock to locations inside the warehouse to be put away.
• Find products requested in work orders.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damages, reporting issues.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped to the top when hauled into warehouse or dock doors.
