Job summary

Radiant Linen Services is seeking a Loader to efficiently load, unload, and move carts in a warehouse or loading dock. The role requires physical stamina and attention to safety, with duties including loading from trucks, securing loads, and coordinating with drivers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or loading position is a plus.
• Ability to lift 10–75 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Pushing/Pulling up to 1000 lbs.
• Basic math and reading skills to verify labels, manifests, and counts.
• Familiarity with loading equipment (e.g., forklifts, dollies) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, or pallets.
• Ensure accurate placement of goods based on delivery or storage requirements.
• Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before loading.
• Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining clean loading/unloading areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Report equipment issues, discrepancies, or damages immediately.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to meet daily goals.
