Job summary

Filter Services Inc./Mission Filtration (FSI/M) is hiring a versatile warehouse team member for our Indianapolis location. You will select and organize customer orders, verify orders for delivery, and provide general warehouse support along with delivery and light technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• Travel up to 3 days per week to customer sites for inventory checks and support.
• Perform receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation in a team-oriented warehouse environment, including overtime as needed to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Deliver product to internal and external customers driving a straight truck or van as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and dollies, to move products efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a safe and legal driving record while operating company vehicles responsibly.
• Follow all company and job-specific procedures, including proper loading/unloading of trucks and vans.
• Engage in light production and assembly tasks as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment.
