Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This role offers hourly pay of $19.50 plus a $1.00 shift differential and weekly pay, with on-the-job training and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include packing, loading/unloading trailers, scanning, and maintaining accurate records in the WMS system. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Ability to read and perform basic math for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to operate and maintain warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at shift end.
• Perform picking/packing and address damaged product or containers.
