Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, is seeking a DC Associate in California to support warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, and stage parts, use RF scanners, and move boxes within the distribution center. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Mark pallets with store information.
• Enter records using RF devices.
• Operate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Use voice picking system effectively.
• Maintain neat, hazard-free work area.
• Attend to RF handheld unit as required.
• Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance.
• Perform other related duties.
