Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Apopka, Florida. This role offers weekly pay at $18.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits after onboarding, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

On-the-job training and safety-first environment are emphasized, with state-of-the-art equipment to support efficient distribution. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and six months of related warehouse experience, with forklift operation and WMS familiarity

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure accurate scanning.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain facility security.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and support team goals.
