Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Associate to execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch items, with accuracy prioritized in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled environment.

The role requires basic computer skills and RF scanner reading, with 1+ year experience; daily schedule Monday-Friday, potential overtime, temp-to-hire, and a willingness to rotate tasks in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Must read hand-held RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders; reads schedule and work orders to determine items to move.
• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming goods; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores goods according to predetermined sequence and product codes.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Picks, packs and dispatches outgoing goods; uses pick sheets to locate items; verifies quantity accuracy.
• Loads trucks for customer delivery and checks for damage or discrepancies.
