Job summary

Arvato is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our Louisville, KY operations. You will be hands-on in picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. This role offers ongoing hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

We value dependability, collaboration, and a proactive approach. The job involves standing and lifting, working in a non-climate controlled setting, with standard warehouse shifts and equipment like RF scanners and ERP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of shift.
• Must work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and RF scanners preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits and pick/pack orders.
• Determine product quality against standards.
• Work independently with urgency to meet shipment deadlines.
• Follow the disposition playbook for returns.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace.
• Operate computer, SAP/ERP, and RF scanner.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
