Job summary

VanZandt Controls is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to support warehouse staff and ensure customer needs are met. You will assist with inventory, learn products, support sales with equipment procurement, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, effective communication, and a willingness to learn. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, plus PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience driving a pickup and backing a trailer (No CDL required).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Electrical/Automation is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Enterprise and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and packing.
• Support sales team to procure equipment and supplies.
• Process quotations and track activities in CRM/ERP systems.
• Check in received materials and match with PO.
• Pull parts for production and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Ensure items are shelved by part number and maintain clean warehouse.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by email, and by phone.
• Help conduct physical inventory counts.
