Job summary

Bargreen Ellingson is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our Fife distribution center. The role includes loading trucks, pulling customer orders, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. You will assist customers, check in material, and help keep the facility clean and efficient.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and can schedule nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Forklift operation may be required, with safety first and a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, overtime) and regular attendance.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load truck accurately and safely.
• Assist customers and associates with courtesy and respect.
• Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse.
• Check in and store material, verify quantities and quality.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and work areas.
• Know location of merchandise and keep it organized.
• Participate in weekend inventory events as scheduled.
• Operate forklift or hand truck safely when required.
• Perform cycle counts and note discrepancies as needed.
