Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Warehouse Associate to support order picking, packing, and shipping processes. You will use equipment to prepare orders, ensure accurate labels, and maintain quality throughout packing and receiving duties.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Able to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate a forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for shipment via parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record order information on specified forms and records.
• Attach proper shipping labels and ensure DOT/IATA/IMDG compliance.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers and packing material per SOP.
• Assist with Inventory / Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and be inspection-ready for SQFI/FDA.
• Communicate and report any incidents.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
