Job summary

Daikin Comfort Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate a forklift, stock items, and manage Will Calls.

You will follow standard operating procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely paperwork in a fast-paced, non climate-controlled warehouse. Qualified candidates have 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• Eligible for forklift certification in-house within 30 days.
• Ability to pass Prove It and driving test.
• Able to work in a non climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and products without damage.
• Receive items per procedure and stock them in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries.
• Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during shifts.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift through housekeeping and safety procedures; alert manager of concerns.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
