Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, stock, labeling and receiving while maintaining safety and food-handling standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and adherence to established procedures in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will assist with FedEx air freight deliveries, prepare orders, maintain inventory records, and operate forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic English speaking and writing proficiency required.
• 1-2 years of related experience in food production is preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a cold climate (0–35 degrees).

Responsibilities

• Unload product from the truck and stock in designated areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain sanitary handling of products.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Oversee FedEx air freight deliveries and prepare air shipments.
• Record and track quantities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift or other equipment to move items within the facility.
• Assist with receiving and inventory records and safety practices.
