Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our PSA team in Jersey City, NJ. You will report to the Logistics Manager and help ensure accurate inventory, timely order prep, and smooth operation of daily warehouse activities.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and clear communication with supervisors and teammates. Prior logistics or warehouse experience is a plus, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential.

• Prior logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or restaurant experience is a plus.

• Organized and able to plan time between activities.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute incoming boxes for Unboxing and prep orders for Receiving.
• Provide complete support to internal customers within Operations to maximize department efficiencies.
• Organize and sort orders in storage rooms based on turnaround times and service levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using a systematic approach to scanning and organizing orders.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor/Planner on day-to-day projects.
• Assist in tracking and locating orders to fulfill FIFO standards and update spreadsheets.
• Keep Research department stock and workspace tidy before shift end.
• Ensure day-to-day supplies are ready for the next shift.
