Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care – Northern Region. This PRN role involves comprehensive nursing care in a multi-specialty clinic, including assessments, care coordination, and patient education, while ensuring safe, high‑quality care.

Wisconsin RN licensure is required and CPR/BLS is expected at hire. The RN will work with physicians, APPs, and clinic staff to promote positive outcomes, efficient workflows and an excellent patient experience, across various urgent

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations, in person or via patient communication channels.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, and assisting with procedures.
• Coordinate care plans, communicate results, and arrange referrals to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR, following regulatory standards and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, MAs and clinic staff to support efficient workflows and patient experience.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and maintain supplies, equipment and a safe clinical environment.
