Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Teller duties including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on products and services.
• Focus on fulfilling customer needs to maximize the experience on the phone and in-branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
