Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled as a Tulane University student.
• Possibility of Federal Work Study award.
• A required grade in a prior class or coursework may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document tutee participation and progress after tutoring sessions using a brief electronic form.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and lead sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality with tutees and information.
• Exchange contact information with assigned tutees and notify if sessions are cancelled or rescheduled.
• Be knowledgeable in the subject matter being taught/tutored.
• Tutor two or more students (group) in subject(s) as discussed by Learning Specialists.
