Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in advanced material handling equipment operations or ability to attain internal certifications following hiring.
• Availability to work flexible hours when required to support the business.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of material handling equipment including turret, cherry picker, and reach trucks.
• Load, unload, and stock materials within the facility.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure accurate storage and retrieval.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report issues to supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow LO/TO procedures.
