TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Katy, Texas. The PT will oversee staff, develop and modify plans of care, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The role requires travel flexibility and the ability to work 40 hours per week over 13 weeks.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of PT experience, a BLS certification, and state licensure. Strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Must have BLS certification and state-specific licensing.
• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; exceptional candidates may have 6 months.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and understand anatomy and physiology.

Mansioni

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff and physicians on the care plan.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/create a care plan.
• Modify the plan of care as patient conditions change.
• Use hospital computer systems for daily tasks and documentation.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation per guidelines.
