Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in the marine industry.
Open availability and willingness to travel.
Proven technical expertise in boat systems, engines, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport.

Responsibilities

Perform Factory Support operations with high efficiency, quality, and timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to set up and support boat shows and marketing events, ensuring boats are prepared to meet quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
Utilize strong technical knowledge to diagnose and repair boats, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Uphold safety protocols and industry regulations, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with standards.
Support training and development initiatives, staying informed about industry trends, technologies, and product developments.
Assist with any other duties as assigned.
